International Nurses’ Day is celebrated around the world every May 12th, the anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birth.  The International Council of Nurses commemorates this important day every year.

Nurses are a vitally important part of the healthcare system and at Hospice Whanganui we’re delighted to celebrate our nurses as they care for hundreds of patients and families in the the Wanganui district.
