$52,000-$62,000 per annum (full-time)

Ko wai mātou | About us

Hospice Whanganui is a community organisation that provides care and support for people with a life-limiting illness and their whānau. We are a vibrant team of health and social work professionals, as well as support staff that work closely together to bring the best possible service to our patients and their families every year.  We are now looking for someone to join our team to help lift our key support functions to the next level.

He angitūtanga: The Opportunity

We have a new, exciting opportunity for a data and administration professional to bring their skills and talents to support our Quality, Operations & Partnership Team.

No one day will be the same as the last and you will tackle a diverse range of tasks to support our four leaders who head up this part of our organisation.

He kōrero mōu: About You

You will be someone who is super happy in an Excel Spreadsheet.  You will be experienced in finding, recording and analysing data, and turning that data into graphs, dashboards, visuals or reports that speak to different audiences.

You will be an administrator extraordinaire who loves helping others to bring order, simplicity, and clarity to their mahi.

You are flexible, friendly, and resilient, equally comfortable in playing with data and reports as you are in picking up more administrative responsibilities such as keeping track of all our compliance requirements, organising meetings or training our people on systems and technology.

Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou: What We Offer

Here at Hospice, we offer an environment where people love what they do, a team that cares about each other, supports each other, and do a lot of laughing together.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, a beautiful, peaceful work environment, opportunities for professional development, and above all, work that make a real and tangible difference in people’s lives in our community.
