What’s happening?

Starting Monday - Buy a coffee from any of these places any time during Awareness Week and they will make a donation to Hospice for every coffee sold. Call in to: Rutland Arms Inn, Mint café, Funky Duck café, Yellow House cafe, Parnells café, Springvale Garden café, Red Eye café, Mischief on Guyton, The Villa café, Daily Grinds café & bakery, Element café & bistro and The Citadel. Tuesday - Call into the Wanganui East store today (74 Duncan Street), and meet with Julie Hayward who will be giving demos on pruning your garden, and other garden-related advice.  The store is open 9:30am-4:30pm, so come and bag yourself a bargain and score some free gardening advice while you’re at it!

Wednesday - Call into the Boutique in its new location, 171 Victoria Avenue, and look in on the floral art demonstrations they will have happening instore during the day.  The store is open 10am-4:30pm, so come and browse our beautiful selections, enjoy our new surroundings and the simplicity and beauty of working with flowers.

Thursday - We’re sharing the gardening love in Gonville! Call into our Gonville store (73 Tawa Street), and meet with Julie Hayward who will be giving demos on pruning your garden, and other garden-related advice.  The store is open 9:30am-4:30pm, so come on in to browse or buy and score some free gardening advice while you’re at it!

Friday - Call in to Z Dublin Street before the end of May and vote for Hospice in their “GOOD IN THE ‘HOOD” promo. You can vote any time during May, but today Hospice staff will be in attendance as community concierges on the forecourt to wash your windscreen, and encourage you to vote for us!

Sunday - At Jolt café on Victoria Avenue, call in between 1pm and 3pm and make a donation for your coffee. Mark will donate his time and resources so any and all donations for your coffee during that 1-3pm period will come to Hospice.
